How can I cancel my order?

If your Moneygram/Western Union/RIA payment information has not been submitted to your order, you can delete the order in your account page. If payment information has been submitted to your order page, please contact us. We reserve the right to deny a change to your order, in the event that the order is too far along in the shipping process.

If the order was placed with bitcoin or litecoin, you cannot delete it yourself. Please contact us for further assistance.
